City of Vandalia approved as Opportunity Zone by DCEO

The entire City of Vandalia is now considered an Opportunity Zone.

on Thursday, the Illinois Department of Commerce and Economic Opportunity announced federal approval of 240 Illinois Opportunity Zones will go live on January 1st, 2027.
