(Decatur, IL) — The Illinois Supreme Court is deciding not to review the case of a Decatur woman found guilty on child pornography charges. Kelly Nichols and her husband, Doug, were convicted of possessing child pornography after they were arrested in 2022. An appellate court later vacated both their convictions. Doug Nichols is still facing separate charges of criminal sexual assault of a minor and aggravated criminal sexual abuse of a minor.
