A St. Elmo woman has been charged with Aggravated Domestic Battery in Fayette County Court.
30 year old Taylor Dial is charged with Aggravated Domestic Battery, which is a Class 2 Felony. Information on the charge states that Dial is alleged to have strangled an individual that was a family or household member of the defendant, by allegedly applying pressure to the individual’s neck or throat.
On Monday, Dial made an appearance in Fayette County Court. Dial was ordered released but is to have no contact with the alleged victim and no drugs or alcohol. Dial is next set to appear in Fayette County Court on October 28th for a first appearance with counsel.
