(Granite City, IL) — Illinois State police are investigating a deadly Granite City crash involving a fleeing vehicle. Authorities say on Saturday, Granite City Police observed a vehicle driving erratically on Pontoon Road at Maryville Road in Granite City. The vehicle continued westbound and hit another vehicle at Pontoon Road and Wabash Avenue, resulting in three deaths.
