The 2026 edition of St. Peter Prairie Days gets underway tonight and then has a full day of events set for tomorrow at St. Peter City Park.
Tonight will start with Food Truck Friday and the Beer Garden opening at 5 pm. Matt Poss will perform from 5 pm to 7 pm and then The Lemmon Brothers will perform from 7 pm to 10 pm.
Saturday will be a full day of events. The food stands will open at 11 am. The parade will get underway at 1 pm. There will also be a sand volleyball tournament, wiffle ball tournament, and horseshoe tournament going on throughout the event. Saturday will also see bingo from 3 pm to 5 pm, Air EVAC on hand at 3:30 pm, then the cake walk at 5 pm with the performances of “God Bless America” and the National Anthem along with the raffle drawing also at 5 pm.
There will be plenty of musical entertainment on Saturday and Saturday night. The Jamaican Cowboy will perform from 2 pm to 4 pm, then Backroad Boogie from 6 pm to 9 pm and then Confederate Railroad at 9:30 pm on Saturday night.
