(Coles Co., IL) — A Coles County man is accused of trying to set someone on fire. Authorities say Deville O’Quinn poured gasoline onto another man and attempted to light the victim on fire with a handheld torch lighter. O’Quinn was charged with attempted first-degree murder. He was denied pretrial release on Monday.
