(Peoria, IL) — A man charged in a Peoria crash last week that left a teen dead is in custody. Shamarr Greenlee was arrested on Friday in St. Louis, Missouri on a charge of Leaving the scene of an accident resulting in death. Greenlee is being held at the St. Louis County Jail awaiting extradition to Peoria. He was charged after a vehicle fleeing from police in Peoria last Thursday crashed into another vehicle near Maryland Street and McClure Avenue. Seventeen-year-old Isis Horn was killed in the accident and two other people were hospitalized.
