SummerFest is set to kick off Thursday at Vandalia Lake.
The 3 day event is set to get going on Thursday evening. City of Vandalia Economic Development Director and Tourism Director Amber Daulbaugh talks about some Thursday evening activities and also about how this can be a great, inexpensive weekend for families with the free carnival rides.
