* Until 1030 PM CDT.

* At 1013 PM CDT, a severe thunderstorm was located near St. Elmo, or
  13 miles east of Vandalia, moving east at 55 mph.

  HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts and quarter size hail.

  SOURCE...Radar indicated.

  IMPACT...Hail damage to vehicles is expected. Expect wind damage to
           roofs, siding, and trees.

* Locations impacted include...
  Brownstown, Avena, St. James, St. Elmo and Loogootee.

This includes Interstate 70 in Illinois near exit 76.
