The City of Vandalia is currently going through their Strategic Plan. And, they are going to ask the community to be part of a Community-Wide Strategic Plan a bit later this year.
Speaking on our podcast “Talking about Vandalia,” Mayor Doug Knebel said the City of Vandalia has agreed to pay for this plan and it will be a Community Wide Strategic Vision and will be a new plan for the Civic Advancement Committee. Knebel explains what they will be looking for with this plan.
So, starting in October there will be a series of meetings. There will be 5 meetings and they will be 3 hour sessions and they will be inviting members of the community to give their input.
