We are looking at mostly cloudy skies for today with a high of 58. Then, mostly cloudy skies for tonight with a low of 53. Winds out of the the south will gust better than 35 miles hour tonight.
Meanwhile, we are looking at high temperatures in the upper 60’s on both Wednesday and Thursday before a cold front arrives in the area on Thursday afternoon and evening.
And, as expected with any type of unseasonably warm weather that will lead to severe storms hitting the area. The National Weather Service in St. Louis says a cold front is forecast to move through the region on Thursday, with thunderstorms developing along the boundary near or just east of the Mississippi River. A few of these storms may be strong to severe during the afternoon/early evening hours. Damaging winds and isolated tornadoes are the main threats.
