Increasing clouds and a bit warmer today—Cold Tonight & Monday

We will see just a bit of a warm up for today.

We are looking at increasing clouds for today with a high of 28.  But, we will dip down tonight and see a chance of flurries with a low of 8.  Winds from the northwest will gust better than 30 miles per hour tonight.  Then, we will be partly sunny and cold on Monday with a high of 18 and winds from the northwest gusting 30 miles per hour.  That will make wind chill values on Monday as low as -10.
