Vandalia Mayor talks more on TIF, says you want to have some TIF funds ready if an extra special possibility comes along

We hear more today from Vandalia Mayor Doug Knebel as we discuss TIF.  On Thursday, Mayor Knebel talked about the City’s efforts to scrutinize their TIF funding better as they go along.  And, he says you also want to have some funds ready and available if the right project comes along.
