Vandalia School Board officially approves zero increase tax levy, handles personnel matters

At their meeting last week, the Vandalia School Board officially approved their new tax levy for the next fiscal year.  The approved tax levy will include no new dollars for the new fiscal year.

In other matters, the Vandalia School Board accepted the resignations of Jenny Schilling as Junior High Custodian, Katie Willms at High School Math Teacher at the end of the 2025-26 school year and Jason Collingwood at 7th Grade Girls Basketball Coach.  Meanwhile, the board approved the employment of Cody Pedigo as Junior High Custodian and Jessica Reavis as High School Cook at 5.75 hours.
