A St. Louis woman is facing drug charges in Fayette County Court.
40 year old Kady L. Fink is charged with Unlawful Possession of Methamphetamine, which is a Class 2 Felony. Information on the charge states that Fink allegedly had in her possession more than 5 grams, but less than 15 grams, of methamphetamine or a substance containing methamphetamine. Fink is also charged with Unlawful Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, which is a Class A Misdemeanor.
In Fayette County Court, the defendant was ordered released with the stipulations of consuming no drugs or alcohol and subject to random testing. Fink will be next appear in Fayette County Court on December 17th with counsel.
