A St. Louis man is facing multiple drug charges in Fayette County Court.
53 year old Randall J. Davis is facing a charge of Unlawful Possession of Methamphetamine, which is a Class 2 Felony. Information on the charge alleges that Davis had in his possession more than 5 grams, but less than 15 grams, of methamphetamine or a substance containing methamphetamine. Davis is also charged with Unlawful Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, which is a Class A Misdemeanor.
In Fayette County Court, Davis was ordered released with the stipulations of consuming no drugs or alcohol and subject to random testing. The defendant will next appear in Fayette County Court on December 17th with counsel.
