Work on City of Vandalia’s New Water Treatment Plant is underway, Mayor Knebel talks about the project and its location

Work is officially underway on the City of Vandalia’s new Water Treatment Plant.  During our weekly podcast “Talking about Vandalia,” Mayor Doug Knebel talks about the start of the project.

And, he says the dirt work for the new plant is leading to an additional side benefit in town.

There have been some asked about the location of the new plant being in a commercial area in town and Mayor Knebel explains the reason for the location.
