Man Charged In Crash That Left Two Dead In Decatur

(Decatur, IL) — A man is charged in a crash that left two people dead in Decatur. Authorities say Candace Wilt and Christopher Cox were hit by a vehicle while walking last Thursday in the 15-hundred block of West Main Street. Wilt died at the scene, while Cox was pronounced dead at the hospital. Officers arrested Issaih Flagg in connection with the crash. He faces DUI charges.
