Chance of showers and storms returns to the weather forecast today

After a dry period, showers and thunderstorms return to the forecast today.

Our forecast for today calls for scattered showers and storms–mainly in the afternoon–with a high of 78.  Then, scattered showers and storms for tonight with a low of 65.  We do begin a warm up on Tuesday and will eventually have us in the upper 80s by the end of this week.
