
The FNB Community Bank recently announced the promotion of Lauren Koch to Residential Loan Supervisor, Assistant Vice President.
Koch is a 2016 graduate of Mulberry Grove High School and then graduated from Kaskaskia College in 2018 with an Associate’s degree in Ag Business & Animal Science. She then went on to Murray State University where she earned her Bachelor’s degree in Ag Business in 2019, and in 2020 graduated with a Master’s in Ag Business with an emphasis in Marketing and Management.
“I am truly grateful for this promotion and am thankful for the trust placed in me by customers and management at FNB” stated Koch. “I am excited for the opportunity to continue helping clients achieve their financial goals while contributing to the growth of our team and the success of the company. I look forward to embracing new challenges and making a positive impact for my customers and the community as we move forward.”
Prior to her promotion, Lauren served as a Junior Loan Officer, Loan Officer, and Assistant Vice President of FNB, and with her years of experience in she will continue to prove to be a valuable asset to the FNB team. When not at work, Lauren enjoys spending time with her sone, husband, family, and friends.
In talking about the recent promotion of Lauren, Joe Schaal, Senior Lending Officer, Vice President mentioned that “Lauren has consistently delivered outstanding results and service to our clients. This promotion reflects our confidence in her ability to lead our mortgage department into the future with a customer-first approach. In her new role, Lauren will focus on expanding the bank’s mortgage portfolio and strengthening partnerships with real estate professionals and builders across the region. She will oversee all aspects of the bank’s residential mortgage lending operations, including strategic planning, loan production, compliance, and customer experience.”
