State Representative Blaine Wilhour was among the individuals on hand for the Fayette County Lincoln Day Dinner, held on Saturday evening in Vandalia. Wilhour says it’s always good to be in his home county and talks about some of the goings on in Springfield this past week—including a little commentary on Governor J.B. Pritzker’s budget address.
