(Chicago, IL) — The jury could begin deliberating today in Michael Madigan’s landmark corruption trial. Deliberations will start after prosecutors present a rebuttal argument. A lawyer for the former Illinois House speaker’s co-defendant, Michael McClain, delivered his closing argument yesterday. Closing arguments began last week and have already lasted almost 24 hours.
