A Brownstown man is currently set for trial in May.
36 year old Tyler J. Roe is facing multiple Felony charges from an incident on December 30th of 2023 that involved an officer-involved shooting.
Roe is currently facing a trial on May 20th in Fayette County Court, with a Pre-Trial hearing set for May 7th.
Roe was arrested on December 30th of 2023 after an incident that is alleged to have involved a home invasion, burglary, a stolen vehicle, and then eventually led to a Farina Police Officer discharging his weapon and striking Roe. Roe faces charges of Home Invasion and Aggravated Arson, which are both Class X Felonies, Residential Burglary which is a Class 1 Felony and Theft, which is a Class 3 Felony.
Roe remains held in the Fayette County Jail.
