Ramsey High School senior Bella Waggoner is preparing for her final year of high school, but is entering this school year with an even bigger purpose as she represents the state as Miss Illinois’ Teen. Waggoner has been busy making visits across the state and was able to be home this last weekend for a meet and greet reception at Charters Patio. With fellow queens from central and northern Illinois in town for the event, Waggoner was able to kick back and have some fun with her fellow royalty and says events like these are important to show the human side to having a crown and know that she is approachable.
Waggoner has a big year ahead of her as she represents the state as well as completing her senior year of high school. Among the newest events announced that Waggoner will be a part of will be the Chicago Thanksgiving Parade.
