The first-ever Vandalia SummerFest is set for this Sunday at Vandalia Lake. But, this won’t be a one-time thing. Vandalia City Administrator LaTisha Paslay says this will be a yearly event.
This year’s lineup will include music from 12 pm to 10:30 pm with Summer Osborne, Judy McNutt, Fat Wallet and Backroad Boogie performing. There will be a number of food trucks, a beer garden and activities going on throughout the day. That will all lead up to the fireworks at dusk.
