Now that the Illinois Supreme Court has said it plans to hear arguments in March in the legal battle over the ending of cash bail, the future House minority leader says it is pretty cut and dry. The high court put a hold on the cashless bail portion of the SAFE-T Act until it held hearings on the matter. Governor J.B. Pritzker said he has faith in the Illinois Supreme Court.
