The Downtown Trick or Treat will be held in downtown Vandalia on Saturday, October 28th from 10 am to 1 pm.
10 am---kickoff the event with story time at Evans Public Library
10:30 am to 12:30 pm--trick or treating downtown
12:30 pm--Costume Contest at Family Video---age groups are 0-4 years, 5-9 years, and 10-13 years
The library will hand out a list of participating merchants to those who attend story kick off.
