Sen Plummer says before the Gov looks at cuts, he should look at the added spending from the last 2 budgets

Last week, Governor J.B. Pritzker announced proposed cuts of 700 million dollars.  State Senator Jason Plummer says there is no question the pandemic has hurt the bottom line for the state and that cuts are going to be needed.  But, Senator Plummer says the Governor might look at all the added spending from the past 2 budgets first.
