​IDPH Director says not wearing a facial covering in public is like playing Russian roulette

State Public Health Director Dr. Ngozi Ezike says not wearing a facial covering in public is like playing Russian Roulette.  Wearing a facial cover around other people is one of the best things you can do to help prevent spread of the coronavirus, but some still refuse says Dr. Ezike.

Dr. Ezike says it’s everyone’s social responsibility to do the right thing and adds that scientists still don’t know the long term effects of COVID-19.
