(Lewistown, IL) — The young man who made-up a story about a kidnapped baby that set off a statewide Amber Alert is heading to prison. A judge in Fulton County yesterday sentenced 18-year-old Mitchell Dutz to three years in prison. Police say he lied back December when he said three black men stole his car, with his 13-month-old in the backseat. No one stole his car, and Dutz doesn’t have a child.
