Governor Bruce Rauner is making a final campaign push this weekend in his bid to win re-election. Many have cited issues that Rauner did not get accomplished, such as no budget for 2 years. And, items he put down as priorities, such as term limits and property tax relief. But, Governor Rauner says there has been a lot of successes during his 4 years in office.
Rauner talked with WKRV-WPMB as he was heading to southern Illinois on a final bus tour for the campaign. According to polls, Rauner is fighting an uphill battle and is well behind Democrat challenger J.B. Pritzker.
