A Ramsey woman was arrested Tuesday and charged with 24 felony counts including forgery and identity theft among others. Charges were filed in Fayette County Court on Wednesday on 35-year old Adena Eltzroth. She is charged with three counts of forgery, three counts of identity theft and five counts of possession of a fraudulent ID card. All eleven of those counts are Class 3 felonies punishable by two to five years in prison. Eltzroth is also charged with five counts of possession of a credit card of another, five counts of unlawfully altered driver’s license and three counts of deception on a bank. Those thirteen counts are all Class 4 felonies punishable by one to three years in prison. No first appearance in court is specified as of yet for Eltzroth.
