(Washington, DC) — The top man at the Illinois State Board of Elections will speak with Congress about the hack of Illinois‘ voter database. State Board chief Steve Sandvoss is set to testify before the Senate Intelligence Committee in Washington DC later this morning about attempts to steal information about Illinois voters. Illinois is being called “patient zero” for the hack, because state election officials were the first to discover attempts to change voter information.
