(Chicago, IL) — Chances are Illinois will still be without a budget by the time they arrive. Dozens of protestors yesterday marched out of Chicago, on their way to Springfield, to demand a state budget. The group says it’s angry with both Governor Rauner and House Speaker Mike Madigan. Illinois hasn’t had a budget in two years. Lawmakers have until the end of the month to agree to a spending plan.
