Tracy Ladon Dilley was born on November 20, 1973, in Effingham, Illinois, one of two daughters born to Mark Neil Dilley and Shelley Beth “Mam” Berry. She married Matthew Joseph Seibert on September 16, 2023, and they recently celebrated their third wedding anniversary.
First and foremost, Tracy was a devoted mother to her eight children. She dedicated much of her life to raising, caring for, and loving her family. Tracy also had a passion for crafting, which she turned into her own business, Wild Flower Farm House. Throughout the years, she worked as a bartender, most recently at Hawg Diner, where her outgoing personality and contagious laugh were surely known by many.
Tracy’s love for her family was bigger than the Texas sky, and her spirit was as beautiful and unforgettable as the mountains of Yellowstone. Fierce, strong-willed, and wonderfully stubborn, Tracy lived life wholeheartedly. She loved deeply, laughed freely, and approached life with a sense of adventure.
She enjoyed traveling, spending time at the lake with family and friends, and being outdoors whenever she could—especially riding side-by-sides. Tracy was straightforward and never afraid to speak her mind, but beneath her tough exterior was a heart of gold. She would do anything and everything she could for those she loved and was always willing to lend a hand to someone in need.
Above all, Tracy will be remembered for her fierce love of family, her adventurous spirit, her unmistakable laugh, and the larger-than-life presence she brought to the lives of those fortunate enough to know and love her.
She will forever be remembered by her husband, Matthew Seibert of St. Elmo; children, Lyndsay and husband Anthony Lach of Brownstown, Lacey Merrill of St. Elmo, Gauge Jarrett of Vandalia, Katlyn Evans with BJ Tedrick of Brownstown, Justin Evans and wife Shyla of Ramsey, Chase Evans and wife Kaylin of Brownstown, Dawsyn Evans of St. Elmo; father, Mark Dilley of St. Elmo; sister, Carrie and husband Brice Summers of Brownstown; grandchildren, Logan, Ella, Lilly, Aubree, Bailee, Ky, Gabby, Britton, Lucca, Roo, Jade, Rory, Remi, Mason, Archer, Parklyn, Lainey, Ariyah, Atreus; extended family and many friends.
Preceding her in death were her mother; husband, Gerald “Jerry” Evans; and son, Britton Merrill.
