Vandalia’s gas prices are actually a little lower than all area communities this morning, except for Effingham.
According to GasBuddy.com, gas in Vandalia this morning was ranging from $4.47 per gallon to $4.58 per gallon. Greenville was at $4.66 to $4.69 per gallon as of this morning, Pana was at $4.66 per gallon and Salem had a low price of $4.58 per gallon.
Effingham was again the lowest in the area with a price ranging from $4.34 to $4.41 per gallon.
According to GasBuddy, the cheapest gas in Illinois is in Calumet City at $3.89 per gallon.
