A Roxana man has pleaded to Cannabis offenses in Fayette County Court.
On Tuesday, 53 year old Sanford I. Stacy of Roxana pleaded guilty to one count of Unlawful Possession with Intent to Deliver Cannabis and he was sentenced by Judge Bryan Kibler to 5 years in the Illinois Department of Corrections. Stacy also pleaded guilty to one count of Unlawful Possession of a Weapon by a Felon and was also sentenced to 5 years on that charge, with the cases to run concurrently.
