A second individual has now been officially charged in Fayette County Court in connection with the Solar Construction Site burglary in rural Vandalia.
33 year old Brian J. Bray of Marshall has been charged with Burglary and Theft pf over $10,000 in Fayette County Court–both of which are Class 2 Felonies–in connection with the theft of items from the Knobelsdorff Enterprises Solar Construction Site at 470 East 1550 Avenue in Vandalia. In Fayette County Court on Tuesday, Bray was released pursuant to pre-trial conditions, which will include GPS Monitoring. Bray will make his first appearance with counsel on October 7th at 9 am.
Last week, 30 year old Mark R. Heath of Marshall was charged in Fayette County Court with Burglary and Theft of over $10,000. Both of those charges are Class 2 Felonies. Heath was released from custody and does require GPS Electronic Monitoring. He will next appear in court with counsel on September 16th at 9 am.
