Gov Pritzker Says He Would Love To Keep Bears In Illinois But Not At Taxpayer’s Expense

(Springfield, IL)  —  Governor Pritzker would love to keep the Bears in Illinois but not at the expense of taxpayers.  The governor said the state continues to speak with the team about a possible stadium bill, but the team hasn’t informed them what they want.

Pritzker’s comments came the same day that the Bears announced their focus remains on a proposed stadium project in Hammond, Indiana.  The team hasn’t ruled out staying in Illinois.
