The issue of the 6th Street Railroad crossing was discussed at this past Monday’s Vandalia City Council meeting.
Mayor Doug Knebel brought up the subject of the severely rough crossing and that the city is trying to get someone to fix it.
As was discussed, the City of Vandalia is not sure of a solution at this point as they continue to work to make contact and get the railroad company to come and repair the issues.
