A McLeansboro man is facing multiple Felony Methamphetamine charges in Fayette County Court.
41 year old Jeffrey D. Parker is facing a charge of Unlawful Possession with Intent to Deliver Methamphetamine, with it being a total of 100 to 400 Grams. That charge is a Class X Felony. Parker also faces a second count of Unlawful Possession of 100 to 400 grams of Methamphetamine, which is also a Class X Felony.
Parker has not yet appeared in Fayette County and remains at this time in the Fayette County Jail. There has been a Petition to deny pre-trial release.
