A Greenville man is facing a Felony charge in Fayette County Court.
25 year old Michael W. Grzywacz is facing a charge of Criminal Trespass to Residence, which is a Class 4 Felony. Information on the charge says the defendant is alleged to have entered a residence in the 800 block of South Poplar Street in Vandalia at a time when he had reason to know that one or more persons were present in the residence. Grzywacz is also charged with Assault, which is a Class C Misdemeanor. Information says he allegedly threated the individual at the residence.
In Fayette County Court, Grzywacz was released from custody. He will next appear in Fayette County Court on August 25th at 9 am.
