A Ramsey woman is facing two felony counts in Fayette County Court.
20 year old Kiley C. Bryant is facing a charge of Aggravated Battery, which is a Class 3 Felony. Information in the charge says that Bryant is alleged to have committed a battery against an individual she knew was 60 years of age or older. Bryant also faces a charge of Criminal Trespass to Residence, which is a Class 4 Felony. Information on the charge says the Bryant is alleged to have entered the residence of an individual in Ramsey–the same individual she is accused of committing Aggravated Battery against–at a time when Bryant allegedly knew the individual was home.
In Fayette County Court on Tuesday, Bryant was released from custody under pre-trial conditions. She is next due to appear in Fayette County Court for an appearance with counsel on September 1st at 9 am.
