According to a new report, a ten-time convicted felon on pretrial release was arrested in Gov. J.B. Pritzker’s backyard on July 4th.
CWB Chicago reported that 46-year-old Dwayne Milton was on electronic monitoring for a retail theft case when Illinois State Police detained him on Pritzker’s property in Chicago.
Republican gubernatorial candidate Darren Bailey said the SAFE-T Act is clearly not working.
Bailey said thank goodness the governor had state police there to protect him.
State police said they found no indication that Milton targeted Pritzker or his family.
