(Lake Mattoon, IL) — Illinois State Police is asking the public for help in identifying the remains of a man discovered in Lake Mattoon. State police say on Sunday night, boaters spotted part of a human arm in Lake Mattoon. The arm has distinct tattoos. Anyone with information is asked to contact ISP.
