(Springfield, IL) — Illinois is banning the sale of intoxicating hemp to minors. Governor Pritzker signed a measure that immediately bans the sale of intoxicating hemp products to people under the age of 21. That includes products such as Delta-8, THC-P, and HHC. The legislation follows reports of minors ingesting misleading or poorly labeled products.
