State Representative Blaine Wilhour was in Vandalia on Wednesday to address the monthly meeting of the Greater Fayette County Chamber of Commerce. One of the topics that was discussed was the state’s $56 billion budget, a number that has gone up tremendously since Wilhour took office.
And Wilhour fears that the continuous increase in the budget will prevent individuals from investing in Illinois.
