The NWS says 2 rounds of severe storms are possible today across parts of central, east central, and southeast Missouri as well as southwest Illinois. The first round will be from ongoing storms this morning until around 10 AM. The second round is less certain to develop, but could affect the same areas after 1-2 PM this afternoon. A few storms could produce large hail, isolated damaging winds, and locally heavy rainfall. As of this time, it does look like any severe storms may stay off to our west.
