(Decatur, IL) — The Illinois State Police is releasing video of a shooting last month involving police and a crossbow in Decatur. Police say the footage shows officers open fire at Michael Boliard as he points a crossbow at them. The incident happened on April 22nd in the 300 block of East William Street. Boliard faces multiple charges, including aggravated assault. The shooting is under investigation.
