During Tuesday’s monthly Fayette County Board meeting, the board approved a pay resolution for Elected Officials. Fayette County Board Chairman Jacob Harris says this is essentially a pay raise for both the past four years and the future four years.
And Harris says that it will act as a salary for the Elected Officials.
The resolution comes into effect on December 1st of 2026.
